The entire condo is yours — both bedrooms, the full bath and half bath, the kitchen, living area, and your private balcony with a grill. Your unit shares a lower deck and hot tub with Alpen Villa 1 next door — a great setup when both units are booked for a larger group. Two outdoor firepits are available to all Alpen Villas guests, one at each end of the building, with firewood provided. Entry is keyless; your personal door code is delivered through Happy Guest about 48 hours before check-in. Park in front of your villa — extra vehicles at the west end of the lot. Shared on-site laundry is available. Our local team is available by text or call throughout your stay.
